Mr. Xu's main practice areas are securities and capital markets, banking and finance, and corporate and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Xu has extensive professional experience in the field of securities and capital markets. He has led or participated in a number of initial public offerings and listings in the chemical industry, road transportation, textile industry, ship design, e-government, automobile industry and many other fields.
