AllBright Advises Haian Machinery on Shanghai Equity Exchange Listing
2013-11-047946On October 18, 2013, Haian Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which was advised by AllBright, was listed on the Shanghai Equity Exchange (company code: 100105).
Haian Machinery is principally engaged in the design, manufacturing and providing services with respect to small machine tools and small digital control machine tools. It boasts six series of 30 different products. The company has clinched awards and accolades including “High-Tech Company in Anhui Province,” “ Private High-Tech Company in Anhui Province,” and “The National CAD Application Model Corporate.”
The AllBright team on the project was led by partner Xu Jun and included associate Tommy Li.
