AllBright Advises Hualing Xingma in A-share Private Placement
2013-01-128713On December 21, Hualing Xingma Automobile (Group) Co., Ltd’s application for A-share private placement was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. AllBright advised Hualing Xingma on the deal.
Hualing Xingma (stock code: 600375) went public on April 1, 2003. The total funds raised through this private placement were at most 1.365 billion yuan. The proceeds will be invested in a 50,000 heavy-duty vehicle engine project.
AllBright Senior Partner Xu Jun, Associate Li Mingwen, and Assistant-to-Associates Pei Zhenyu and Zhang Difan advised Hualing Xingma on the project.
