Tom Li is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. His main practice areas include securities and capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. Since beginning his legal practice, Mr. Li has dedicated himself to the areas of financial securities, foreign direct investment, and mergers and acquisitions. He has provided legal services and advice to many clients, generally relating to the conversion of limited liability companies into a joint stock companies, IPOs, refinancings, mergers and acquisitions and NEEQ listings. He has also helped clients to issue corporate bonds, medium-term notes, and short-term financing bonds. In the area of private equity investment, Mr. Li has participated in the establishment of several Private Equity Investment Funds, and provided relevant legal services such as carrying out due diligence, designing transaction structures, drafting transaction documents and taking part in business negotiations. Mr. Li received his masters in law from Shanghai Foreign Trade University. Mr. Li is a practicing lawyer in China. His working languages are Chinese and English.
