AllBright Advises Jialv Industrial on Shanghai Equity Exchange Listing
2013-11-047314On October 22, 2013, Jiangsu Jialv Industrial Co., Ltd., which was advised by AllBright, was listed on the Shanghai Equity Exchange (company code: 100103).
Jialv Industrial is principally engaged in the R&D and manufacturing of aluminum alloy extrusions for construction and industrial use. It was established in 2011 with a total investment of RMB3.5 billion (US$574 million), and covered over 400,000 square meters of floor area. Jialv Industrial aimed to leverage China’s capital market even from the start of its operation. The company participated in China’s over-the-counter (“OTC”) market development in 2013, completed restructuring, and was listed on the OTC market within two months.
