Quadrant Chambers Delegation Visits AllBright Law Offices
2018-03-2814137A delegation from Quadrant Chambers visited AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai on March 23, 2018 and had in-depth exchange of views on the practice area of international dispute resolution. The delegation consisted of Mr. Simon Slattery, the Senior Clerk of Quadrant Chambers, and Mr. Paul Toms, the Barrister of Quadrant Chambers. Quadrant Chambers is widely recognized as one of leading commercial sets in London, and it has extensive practical experience and high reputation in the global commercial dispute resolution area.
In the meeting, the delegation introduced the overview of Quadrant Chambers and their experiences in the area of international dispute resolution. They expressed their needs for cooperation in developing business in China. AllBright Partners including Ms. Sharon Shi, Ms. Amy Ye, Mr. Wei Yue and Ms. Lianfang Fu also introduced their experience in this field and had in-depth discussions with two gentlemen on the issue of application of law, judicial jurisdiction, recognition and enforcement of awards, international lawyer cooperation, etc.
