Cathy Fu is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. Her practice areas include corporate mergers and acquisitions, investment and finance, and dispute resolution.

Ms. Fu has long focused on Chinese and foreign-funded corporate restructuring and mergers, investment and financing, business contracts, representation during litigation and arbitration. She has handled a number of significant cases, including a notable false advertising case, a commodity housing underwriting case, and intellectual property disputes involving some of the largest Chinese internet companies. She also acts as legal counsel for many Chinese and foreign-invested enterprises.

Before joining AllBright in 2002, Ms. Fu engaged in translation work at a Sino-foreign joint venture project and later worked as a certified public accountant for a well-known accounting firm.

Ms. Fu graduated from Zhejiang University with a Bachelor of Literature degree and an LL.B. and later obtained her LL.M. from the East China University of Political Science and Law.

Ms. Fu is a practicing lawyer in China and is also a Chinese certified public accountant. Her working languages are Mandarin and English.
