Collins Yue is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. His practice areas include dispute resolution, construction, finance and leases, foreign investment, and general corporate matters.

Mr. Yue is especially experienced in commercial litigation and arbitration and has accumulated a rich experience in contract disputes, shareholder and joint venture disputes, real estate and construction project disputes, finance lease disputes and other litigation matters. In most litigation and arbitration cases, he is able to efficiently reduce client costs and maximize their recovery. By virtue of his rich experience gained during litigation, Mr. Yue is also able to design and arrange transaction structures so as to avoid legal risks arising during or after transactions and protecting client interests to the maximum extent.

Mr. Yue obtained an LL.B. from Tongji University in 2004 and a master’s degree in civil and commercial law from the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences in 2008.
