Legal opinions on PE manager registration issued by AllBright lawyers for several institutions have been approved
2016-08-1818404In July 2016, an AllBright team consisting partner ZHUANG Yonghong and assistant ZOU Wen has issued legal opinions in connection with PE manager registration and filing for four PE fund managers, namely Shanghai Hongli Asset Management Co., Ltd., Shanghai Xinman Asset Management Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jianxin Investment Management Co., LTD and Shanghai Qianhe Asset Management Co., Ltd. and these legal opinions have passed the review and examination of the Asset Management Association of China (“AMAC”).
In August 2016, an AllBright team consisting senior partner LIU Feng, partner WANG Wen and associate LENG Gang accepted engagement of Shanghai Tongyi Investment Management Co., Ltd. to issue legal opinions on its PE fund manager registration and filing matter, which has passed the review and examination of the AMAC.
In August, 2016, an AllBright Shenzhen Branch team consisting partners SONG Yan and CHEN Ming accepted engagement of Shenzhen Qianhai HT Capital Co., Ltd. to issue legal opinions on PE fund manager registration and filing matter, which has passed the review and examination of the AMAC.
In August, 2016, an AllBright team consisting senior partner LI Hejin and associates CHEN Yufei and ZHANG Dongxiao accepted engagement of Jiaxing Hui Cheng Investment Co., Ltd. to issue legal opinions respectively on its PE fund manager registration and change of actual controller, which have passed the review and examination of the AMAC.
In August, 2016, an AllBright team consisting senior partner LI Hejin and associates CHEN Yufei and ZHANG Dongxiao accepted engagement of Yuxiang (Shanghai) Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. to issue legal opinions on its PE fund manager registration, which have passed the review and examination of the AMAC.
