Feng Liu is an AllBright partner based in Shanghai and Senior Foreign Legal Consultant in Hong Kong, where he specializes in domestic and international securities, international investment, incorporation, asset restructuring, international trade, construction and real estate matters.

With over twenty years of legal experience, Mr. Liu has acted as the legal advisor for stock issuing and listing, distribution of stock, share transfer, and asset restructuring of six listed companies. He has also acted as the legal advisor for many transnational companies and state-owned enterprises. In addition, Mr. Liu is a licensed Chinese lawyer with special qualifications to engage in the legal practices of securities, bidding and tendering, and clarification of state-owned assets. Furthermore, he has handled many civil and economic litigation cases and international arbitration matters during his twenty-plus years in the profession.

Mr. Liu graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and qualified as a PRC lawyer in 1980.
