AllBright-Advised Corporate Bond Successfully Listed
2013-05-179765On May 9, 2013, the first batch of corporate bonds of Jiangxi Ganyue Expressway Co., Ltd in 2013 were successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The code of the equity is 122255. AllBright provided advice on the transaction.
The 1.8 billion yuan bond has a 10-year maturity. The proceedings will be used to pay off due debts and replenish working capital.
