Sun Yitao is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. His practice areas include securities and capital markets, corporate, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Sun has spent more than a decade in practice concentrating on securities and financial transactions in mainland China, including bond and private issuances for a number of high-profile client and projects. He has served major Chinese infrastructure projects, utilities, real estate projects, investment funds, and banks. Mr. Sun worked at the Bank of Shanghai and the Shanghai Luwan District People’s Government before joining AllBright. Mr. Sun graduated from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Mr. Sun is a practicing lawyer in China. His working languages are Mandarin and English.
