Wu Quanneng is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Beijing.His practiceareas includedispute resolution, intellectual property and corporate, and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr.Wu focuses his practice on intellectual property, corporate restructuring and mergers, investment, litigation and arbitration. He advisesseveral multinational and large foreign-invested enterprises and a number of private enterprises. He also serves as the independent director of a listed company and two companies that are to be listed.

Mr. Wu is very knowledgeable regarding corporate operations and common corporate legal disputes. He hasrepresented many foreign merchants with respect to disputes with their joint venture partners at the Beijing Arbitration Commission and the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

Prior to joining AllBright Law Offices, Mr. Wu worked at the Department of Guidance on the Work of Lawyers and Public Notaries of the Ministry of Justice and other law firms in Beijing, and pursued advanced studies and training in the Department of Justice of the Hong Kong SAR government.

Mr. Wu received a B.S. from Peking University in 1995, andobtained his LL.B. in intellectual property law from Peking University Law School in 1996. Hegraduated from theFaculty of Law of the University of Hong Kong with apost-graduate diploma in common law in 2000, and graduated from theUniversity of Pennsylvania School of Law with an LL.M. in 2002.

Mr. Wu is a practicing lawyer in China and is qualified to serve as an independent director for listed companies. His working languages are Mandarinand English.
