Ms. Wang is partner of AllBright Law Offices. Ms. Wang has long experiences in the area of intellectual property (IP) laws, including patents, business secrets, anti-unfair competition, trademarks and copyrights. Ms. Wang worked for the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) as Patent Examiner, PCT Examiner, Re-examiner on PRB, Quality Assurance Expert and Trainer of New Examiner Trainer. She had examined more than 1,000 invention patents and trained over 1,200 examiners while she worked for SIPO.

Ms. Wang had also been on assignment to the Intellectual Property Tribunal of the First Intermediate People's Court of Beijing, heard more than 300 cases of intellectual property litigation.

Ms. Wang’s legal practices involve IP litigation, IP due diligence and acquisitions, Consulting of IP strategy protection, Contract drafting of IP licensing, trade and pledge, freedom of technical operation (FTO) analysis.

Ms. Wang has handled numerous high profile IP cases such as Knowles v. Goertek (patent infringement dispute with impact over CNY 200 million); Meizu v. Qualcomm SEP infringement cases; Aux v. Nufront, the first SEP infringement litigation in Beijing. She also represented Qihoo in their software unfair competition suite. She was also engaged by Alibaba to handle their employees’ trade secret infringement cases.

Ms. Wang is a recognized consulting expert to the Supreme People’s Court’s IP Research Center.

Ms. Wang got her bio-science bachelor and master degrees from Beijing Normal University. She received her L.L.M degree from Temple University in The United States.

Ms. Wang’s working language is Mandarin and English. "
