Mr. Huan’s practice focuses on corporate, security, and finance, and he has represented numerous enterprises in IPOs, acquisitions, restructuring, follow-on shares offering, shares rationing and ESOP, involving H-share, A-share, red-chip share, enterprise bonds, corporate bonds, etc. Mr. Huan provides full-range of legal services to clients of different industries, including IT, pharmacy, agriculture, real estate, infrastructure, education, culture, media, television and film, automobile, petroleum and chemical, Internet finance, etc.

Mr. Huan graduated from Northwest University of Politics and Law, and received a master degree in law.
