Mr. Zhang has extensive experience in contract disputes, real estate development, transfer of the real estate projects, acquisition and restructuring, international trade arbitration, mandatory enforcement, development and operation of commercial real estate, fund investment, environmental protection technology and industrial incubations.

Mr. Zhang graduated from China University of Political Science and Law, Department of Economic Law.
