Song Qing is a Legal Counsel at AllBright Law Offices in Beijing. He focuses his practice on international trade matters, including anti-dumping and anti-subsidy, and safeguards investigations.

Mr. Song has represented dozens of Chinese exporters and industries in responding to claims in anti-dumping, anti-subsidy or safeguard cases in jurisdictions such as the United States, the European Union, Canada, India, Australia, Turkey, South Africa and Chile. He has also represented some foreign companies in responding to anti-dumping investigations launched by China and Australia. Over past decade, Mr. Song has regularly obtained the imposition of minimal tariffs for clients in anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and safeguard cases.

Mr. Song graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law with a B.A. of Law. His working languages are Mandarin and English. "
