Liang Wensheng is apartner at AllBright Law Offices in Beijing.His practiceareas includesecurities and capital markets, dispute resolution, corporate, and mergers and acquisitions.
In the practice areas ofsecurities issuance and capital markets, Mr.Liang has advised onjoint-stock restructuring and public offering of shares inside and outside China. He has also worked with securities companies and trust companies in issuing many asset management plans and trust financing plans.
Mr.Liang has handled a large number of As and PE investments for foreign investors and domestic companies. He alsocurrently serves as a member of the investment decision-making committees and risk control committees of several fund companies
Mr. Liang receivedhis LL.B. from Renmin University of China and an LL.M. from China University of Political Science and Law.
Mr. Liang is a practicing lawyer in China. His working languages are Mandarinand English.
