Mr. Gao is a partner of AllBright Law Offices. He is based in Beijing office.

Mr.Gao’s practice mainly focuses on civil and commercial litigations. He participated in a number of intellectual property lawsuits, many of which were extensively reported by media. A case represented by Mr. Gao was selected by People’s Court as one of ten representative cases of the year. Mr. Gao is experienced in labor disputes, especially disputes over recession or termination of labor contracts, salary, social insurance and foreign-related labor disputes. Mr. Gao also frequently provides litigation and non-litigation legal services on labor law to several famous domestic and foreign companies. Besides, Mr. Gao is well experienced in disputes involving real estate development and operation contract, land-use right, construction contract, advanced sales of commercial housing, and sales of second-hand housing. Many of those cases are of great influence.

Mr. Gao graduated from the law school of Peking University in 1998 and worked in the Second Intermediate People’s Court of Beijing for eight years. Mr. Gao began his practice in 2006, and he was partner of two domestic well-known law offices before joining AllBright.

Mr. Gao is a member of the Chinese Bar Association. His working languages are Mandarin and English. "
