Mr. Peng is a partner of AllBright Law Offices. He is based in Beijing office.

Mr. Peng worked in Beijing Arbitration Commission for many years, acting as a commissioner before joining AllBright and currently serves as an arbitrator of Beijing Arbitration Commission, Tangshan Arbitration Commission, Langfang Arbitration Commission, and also serves as a mediator of Beijing Arbitration Commission, Mediation Center. When worked in Beijing Arbitration Commission, Mr. Peng handled nearly four hundred arbitration cases involving disputes of construction, real estate, corporate, lease, joint investment, etc. During his time as the commissioner in Beijing Arbitration Commission, he reviewed more than two thousand documents of arbitral awards from various civil and commercial arbitrations, the amount at issue of which was close to 20 billion yuan.

Since his practice as a lawyer, Mr. Peng has represented his clients in a number of major litigations and arbitrations, the subjects involved of which include infrastructure construction of highway and municipal road; construction of factory buildings and industrial pipes of large scale automobile enterprises; construction of commercial buildings and museum; residential communities, etc.

Mr. Peng has participated in litigations and arbitrations in connection with disputes over construction, real estate development and joint investment for a long time. He is familiar with the laws, regulations and judicial interpretations related to construction and real estate development, and has accumulated a lot of experience in dealing with disputes of such areas. Besides, Mr. Peng has extensive experience and deep insight in indemnity claim, calculation of compensation amount, collection of evidence and the requirements on claims.

Mr. Peng participated in the project surveys and drafting of regulatory documents for Supreme People’s Court and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. He also published multiple articles on arbitration of construction disputes.

Mr. Peng has provided pro-bono legal services to Beijing Hongzhi Middle School for years.

Mr. Peng received his bachelor degree of law from China University of Political Science and Law and received his master degree of law from University of International Business and Economics."
