ZHAO, Tongshuang is a partner at AllBright Law Office , his practice areas include real estate and construction, PE/VC investment and dispute resolution.

In his practice of real estate and construction, Mr. Zhao has participated several projects of integral construction development for numeral industrial parks, first-class commercial and residential communities. Mr. Zhao has provided legal services for a number of domestic and international famous enterprises of construction engineering and management as well as local institutions include municipal Land and Construction Bureaus. As a standing legal consultant for many renowned investment management institutions, Mr. Zhao also has showed his prime expertness in works of VC asset management and pre-investment due diligent. In the meanwhile, Mr. Zhao focuses and has handled several large and difficult litigations and arbitrations in areas of construction development, real estate and company matters with his rich legal experiences.

Prior to Mr. Zhao’s joining in AllBright Law Offices, he worked for local well-known law firms. Apart from his occupation as a lawyer, Mr. Zhao is also an arbitrator specialized in construction and real estate in Suzhou Arbitration Tribunal. Mr. Zhao is a qualified Chinese Certificate Tax Agent (CICTA) and a licensed real estate broker.

Mr. Zhao graduated from Xiamen University in 1994 majoring in international economic law and obtained his degree of Masters of Laws in Nanjing University in 2003. He was also a visiting scholar of University of Maryland from 2007 to 2008.

Mr. Zhao is a practicing lawyer in China, his working languages are Mandarin and English.
