AllBright Advises on Cross-border Lending Projects
2015-01-2914859AllBright partner Daniel Xu led a team to advise the Hong Kong branches of China Development Bank and Nanyang Commercial Bank on a number of cross-border lending projects for domestic companies. Among them, CGNPC Huangsheng Investment Ltd., Taishan Nuclear Power Joint Venture Co., Ltd., and Yishun Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. have each obtained their first of a series of loans.
AllBright offered comprehensive legal services including designing the transaction structure, drafting transaction contracts, reviewing and issuing legal opinions on various cross-border financing such as Qianhai cross-border RMB lending, and domestic companies offering offshore loan guarantees, etc.
