Hu Hanbin is a partner at AllBright Law in Shenzhen. His practice areas include dispute resolution, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and construction.

Mr. Hu is especially experienced at dispute resolution and representation for matters such as contract law, company law, property law, guarantee law, and real estate law. He has been successfully advising his litigation clients for a number of years. Mr. Hu is also skilled at advising clients in non-litigation matters such as financial institutions, real estate companies, large-scale group companies and listed companies. Mr. Hu handles daily legal matters, including internal corporate governance, business compliance reviews, project due diligence and negotiation, drafting commercial contracts, and improving labor and capital relations.

Mr. Hu also advises his clients on corporate structures and financing issues. For example, he provides special legal services for such projects as short-term financing bills, issuing of private placement bonds of SMEs, equity transfer of large-scale coal enterprises, and the acquisition of state-owned equity in large-scale communication and transport companies.

Mr. Hu previously worked in a court of Shenzhen and a number of the cases he handled were included in the selected as notable cases by the court system for publication.

Mr. Hu graduated from the Economic Law Department of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 1997 with his LL.B. In 2004, he completed his post-graduate LL.M. from Zhongnan University of Economic and Law.

Mr. Hu is a practicing lawyer in China. His working languages are Mandarin and English. "
