Huang Sizhou is a partner at All B right Law Offices in Shenzhen. His practice areas include dispute resolution, criminal defense, and corporate matters.

Mr. Huang has been a practicing lawyer for nearly 30 years and has dealt with thousands of civil, commercial and criminal cases while serving as legal counsel for a number of large-sized state-owned and private enterprises.

Mr. Huang is the vice chairman of the 8th and 9th Guangdong Bar Association and serves as an arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission as well as the Shenzhen Arbitration Commission. He also serves as an expert mediator at the South China Mediation Center, a director of the Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Society and Shenzhen Federation of Industry and Commerce, an executive member of the Shenzhen Federation of Industry and Commerce and a supervisor of Guangdong Charity Federation. Mr. Huang is also a member of the 1st Listing Committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Economic Committee of All China Lawyers' Association.

Mr. Huang was awarded the honorary title of “National Outstanding Lawyer” during the period from 2008-2010 by the All China Bar Association. He was awarded “Outstanding Contribution Award in the Guangdong Legal Industry” in 2010 when the Guangdong Bar Association was celebrating its 30th anniversary. He has also been awarded the title of “Outstanding Professional Lawyer” of Shenzhen.
