Xu Ling is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shenzhen. Her practice areas include dispute resolution, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and banking and finance. Ms. Xu focuses her practice on representing clients in litigation and arbitration matters, corporate restructuring and A, and bankruptcy liquidation. Her dispute resolution clients include many of China’s state-owned banking institutions among others. Ms. Xu is currently a member of the First Securities Investor Protection Expert Committee of the China Securities Investor Protection Fund Corporation, a member of the International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency Bankruptcy, and an executive member of Shenzhen Women’s Bar Association. Ms. Xu has published academic works includingDefusing Financial Risks: the Normalization of the Bankruptcy Procedures for Securities Companies andThe Practice for Trying Securities Company Bankruptcy Cases. Ms. Xu graduated from the Shenzhen University School of Law in 1994 and obtained an EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in 2005. Ms. Xu is a practicing lawyer in China.
