AllBright Lawyer Served as a Member of the PLANNING COMMITTEE, and one of the Panel Chairs and Speakers for ABA Forum
2015-11-1913490The American Bar Association (“ABA”) 2015 Asia Forum was held in Beijing from November 16 to November 17, 2015. The Forum brought together members of the global legal community for an interactive Forum, explored five hot topics in representing clients in Asia: Antitrust; Dispute Resolution; Intellectual Property; Legal Ethics/Compliance; and Outbound Investments.
The Forum featured international legal experts and attracted a diverse audience of lawyers who focus on business law, anti-trust and dispute resolution with an emphasis on these five hot topics. The President of ABA, Ms. Paulette Brown, attended the Forum. AllBright partner Susan Guo served as a member of the Planning Committee, and was one of the panel chairs and speakers for the anti-trust section. Her presentation topic was Updates of Merger Review, and covered the following five areas: 1、Overview; 2、Updates of Law Enforcement; 3、Attention (1) IP Related Conditions; Attention (2) Fast Review of Simple Cases; Attention (3) Failure to Declare; Attention (4) Failure to Timely Declare.
