On January 12, 2013, the China Lawyers Overseas Services Forum was held in Beijing by the International Committee of the All-China Lawyers Association and the Commerce Committee of the All China Lawyers Association. The 100 honorable guests who presented at the forum included officials from the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Justice, the All-China Lawyers Association and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. AllBright Senior Partner Fu Donghui and AllBright Beijing Office Senior Counsel Feng Xuewei were invited to participate in the forum.

During this forum, lawyers from all of China held a vigorous discussion on international business development and expansion and overseas legal services. Fu delivered a signed article to the forum – “On EU’s recent anti-dumping policies against China and its legal shock wave.” Mr. Fu also presided at a plenary discussion: the Key Issues and Role of Lawyers on International Trade. Ms. Feng delivered a speech on the Task and Prospect of Chinese Lawyers’ Participation in International Trade Dispute Resolution, which attracted great attention from many at the forum.
