Allbright Partners Susan Guo and Julia Zhou Provide Antitrust Training for Hengst Automotive
2015-01-1910530On January 12, 2015, Hengst Automotive, a global German automobile parts maker, invited Allbright partners Susan Guo and Julia Zhou to give a presentation entitled How to Prevent Antitrust Law Violations. The training session mainly discussed: the definition of antitrust, the historical development of China's antitrust law, antitrust enforcement agencies and actions, the present situation and developing trends in the field, measures companies should take to avoid antitrust issues, and the role of lawyers in antitrust. During the training, Ms. Guo and Ms. Zhou answered questions and gave detailed analysis based on their experience. The attendees were highly pleased with the presentation.
