AllBright Co-Hosts Tongji Business Elites Salon & New OTC BB Listing Lecture
2013-05-277863On May 24, 2013, The AllBright Shanghai Office co-hosted Tongji Business Elites Salon & Guidance on New OTC BB Listing Matters with Shanghai-based Zhongtong Capital, Development Institution of Tongji University, and MBA Center of Tongji University. AllBright Senior Partner Jennifer Wang, AllBright Associate Zhu Guohua and Ron Peng delivered speeches at the event to share their experiences and expertise in listing legal matters with participants from 30 institutions, including securities houses, accounting firms and companies.
The New Over-the-Counter Bullion Board is playing an important role as an emerging business incubator, by helping high-tech small and medium sized companies raise capital. Being a key part of China’s multi-layer capital market, the board brings cheers and high expectations from cash-thirsty SMEs, especially from those high-tech startups with know-how and innovative products, but a lack of funding.
