AllBright Senior Partner Delivers Speech at A-share Listing Forum

Zhang, as a veteran attorney in the initial public offering sector, shared his expertise and experiences with participants on the legal updates concerning A-share and H-share listings as well as an innovative dual-listing model in the A-share and H-share market. His opinions were well received and applauded by the audience, which included business executives and professional agencies.
Zhang was among a roster of senior experts, including Zhou Qinye, the former deputy general manager of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and veterans from Ping An Securities and UBS, who were also invited as VIP guests to participate in the event.
