AllBright Beijing Office Hosts a Lecture on China Labor Law Updates
2013-05-099325On the afternoon of April 27, 2013, the AllBright Beijing Office co-hosted a lecture on China Labor Law updates at the AllBright Beijing Office with the Thai Chamber of Commerce in China and the Singapore Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China.
The audience of the lecture included representatives from Red Bull, Patara Fine Thai Cuisine, GCA Professional Services Group, United Engineers Ltd, Evolve International Executive Search & Consultancy, and Thailand students pursuing studies in China.
AllBright Partner Jordan Yang shared his perspective on the China Labor Law updates with a focus on labor lay-offs, internal rotation, expat work permit, non-competition clauses, labor contract rescission and compensation, and labor disputes. He also held a vigorous discussion with the audience the members of which showed a great deal of respect for his professional skills and knowledge.
