On September 2, 2014, at the invitation of the China Business News, AllBright partner Leo Zheng participated in a seminar on How to Conduct Finance Leasing in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

Topics discussed during the seminar included a comparison of finance leasing in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Qianhai, Shenzhen and Binhai New Area in Tianjian, policy breakthroughs needed to promote the development of overseas finance leasing, and the regulatory environment needed in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone to increase finance leasing, such as second-hand equipment trading, leasehold publications, registry systems and exit mechanisms. Mr. Zheng shared with the audience with his expertise and experience in the sector.

The audience included experts from the Fudan University School of Economics, big-four accounting firms, and heads of the Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange, finance leasing firms in the FTZ, and commercial banks which have branches in the FTZ.
