AllBright Partner Participates in Songjiang Seminar
2013-03-188275On March 13, 2013, AllBright partner Yang Haifeng was invited to participate in the Songjiang Corporate Financing & Growth Seminar, an event hosted by the Songjiang District government and undertaken by the Shanghai Songjiang Science & Technology Investment Co.
The seminar aimed to boost the development of Songjiang-based SMEs by better leveraging government guidance and seeking an innovative cooperation between corporations, investors, financial institutions and professional service providers.
Mr. Yang delivered a keynote speech on Tax Issues of Corporate Listings. Other keynote speakers of the seminar included Songjiang District Vice Governor Zhang Peirong, Songjiang Economic Commission Director He Shengyou, and VIP guests from the Shanghai Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shanghai Science & Technology Investment Corporation, Guotai Jun’an Securities, Essence Securities, and BDO China Shu Lun Pan Certified Public Accountants LLP.
During the event, Mr. Yang, on behalf of AllBright Law Offices, accepted the offer from the Songjiang District government to become the district government’s counsel to provide professional listing tutoring services to Songjiang-based companies. In addition, Mr. Yang, also on behalf of AllBright Law Offices, signed several strategic cooperation deals with Songjiang Science & Technology Investments, Guotai Jun’an Securities, Essence Securities, and BDO China Shu Lun Pan Certified Public Accountants LLP to form a partnership, pooling their respective expertise and experiences, in order to help smoothly guide corporations through the process of going public.
