AllBright Lawyers Participate in Shanghai Hedge Fund Park Seminar
2013-08-196153On August 16, 2013, partners Shen Guoquan and Jeen Li participated in a seminar concerning the establishment of the Shanghai Hedge Fund Park, where they shared their views on the significance of the planned park, key issues concerning the establishment of the park, certain hedge fund legislation and supervision, and such park’s position in Shanghai’s rise as a global financial center and the upcoming Shanghai Free Trade Zone pilot program. Their presentation was well received by the park's organizers.
The park's organizers hope to consult with AllBright in the future regarding legal issues with respect to the establishment of the park.
