AllBright Co-organizes Qingdao Enterprises Legal Services Summit to Support Qingdao Enterprises’ Healthy and Stable Development
2014-10-2313365To help enterprises better handle increasingly complex legal operating risks, AllBright, the Qingdao Enterprises Confederation, the Qingdao Entrepreneur Association, and the Qingdao Arbitration Commission held the Qingdao Enterprises Legal Services Summit on October 17, 2014. The summit, with a focus on financing, intellectual property protection, tax, and dispute resolution, was co-sponsored by the Qingdao Blue Ocean Equity Exchange and organized by AllBright.
AllBright partners Shen Guoquan, David Chen, Wang Rui, Jia Xiaoning, AllBright Qingdao Office partner Yu Zhe and Qingdao Arbitration Commission Deputy Director Tian Youhe delivered keynote speeches regarding four issues -- shares issuing registration mechanism’s impact on corporate financing, customs and border protection of intellectual property rights, corporate tax planning and taxation’s legal risk control, and China’s arbitration legal system, respectively at the summit.
AllBright's Qingdao office, approved by the Judicial Department of Shandong Province, is set up by veteran lawyers in Qingdao. The office is now home to 46 members, including eight partners, who can provide legal services to multinational clients in Mandarin, Japanese, English and other languages.
