AllBright Lawyer Attends Seminar hosted by the Central Political and Legislative Affairs Commission
2014-12-157269On the afternoon of December 12, 2014, AllBright partner David Tang attended a seminar hosted by the Central Political and Legislative Affairs Commission to discuss Guidelines on Lawyers’ Participation in Complaints Involving Legal Affairs or Lawsuits (Draft). Mr. Tang shared his viewpoints with the audience, which included 10 established lawyers from five provinces in China. Wang Qijiang, deputy secretary general of the commission, and Zhao Dacheng, deputy justice minister, delivered speeches at the seminar. At the same time, senior party officials from the commission and officials from the Department of Directing Lawyers and Notarization, Ministry of Justice also participated in the seminar.
