AllBright Lawyer included in Xiamen Arbitration Commission
2013-08-167738AllBright is pleased to announce that partner Jeffrey Yang has been named to the Xiamen Arbitration Commission due to his expertise and experience in alternative dispute resolution.
Xiamen Arbitration Commission was established in 1996 as one of the first few arbitration institutions after the enactment of the PRC arbitration law in September 1995. The commission aims to become a leading regional arbitration center.
