AllBright Client Wonders Information Wins Approval for Acquisition Deal
2015-01-219109On January 8, 2015, AllBright client Wonders Information Co., Ltd. (stock code: 300168.SZ) won the China Securities Regulatory Commission’s unconditional approval for its asset acquisition application.
Wonders Information is China’s leading smart city software and systems provider and one of the first professional providers of city-level information systems. Its main businesses include software, professional IT services and systems integration, which together form the pillars of smart city solutions.
The target of the acquisition – Sichuan Haotel Telecom Co., Ltd. – is a professional supplier of smart traffic and digital security solutions. Wonders Information will, through issuing shares to designated dealing parties and paying cash, acquire 100% of the ownership of Sichuan Haotel. Wonders Information will issue shares to no more than five designated investors to raise the necessary funds.
Wonders Information in 2014 also acquired Shanghai Fugao Computer Technology Co., Ltd. and Ningbo KingT Software Co., Ltd. to expand its business scope horizontally and consolidate its leading position in China.
