AllBright Advises Jingda on Initial Public Offering
2014-09-307152On September 10, 2014, China Securities Regulatory Commission approved the IPO application of AllBright’s client JDM Jingda Machine (Ningbo) Co., Ltd.
Jingda Machine is a national-level high-tech company. It specializes in the manufacturing of equipment for the world’s heat exchange industry. It is a manufacturer of fin lines, hairpin benders, expanders, straight tube cut-offs, return benders and ring loading machinery.
AllBright partner Xu Jun and associate Henry Gu advised the client through the IPO procedure.
