AllBright Advises Huagou Housing on Restructuring
2014-08-217499On August 18, 2014, Sichuan Huagou Housing signed a contract to restructure with China New Building Group Corporation, an affiliate of China National Building Materials Group Corporation. The restructuring marks the first mixed ownership (partly State-owned, partly private owned) enterprise in Leshan, Sichuan Province.
Huagou Housing is accredited as a National Low-carbon Innovation Model Enterprise by the National Development and Reform Commission and is listed in the National Residential Industrialization Base by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. In the past 15 years, the company has specialized in the R&D, design, manufacturing, and management of integrated housing. The newly restructured CNBG Huagou Housing plans to invest 6 billion RMB to construct a low-carbon new housing materials industrial park in Leshan.
