AllBright Advises Xianfeng Mining to Acquire Ronsen Super Micro-Wire
2014-08-217387On August 7, 2014, Xianfeng Mining Group completed its acquisition of Guangdong Ronsen Super Micro-Wire Co., Ltd. as it concluded the equity transfer procedure at the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited. AllBright advised Xianfeng Mining on the acquisition.
Xianfeng Mining becomes the largest shareholder of Ronsen Super Micro-Wire after the transaction. Ronsen Super Micro-Wire will expand into the mining sector to improve its profitability.
AllBright partner Daniel Xu led a team to advise Xianfeng Mining on the deal, offering services including acquisition negotiation, structuring the acquisition, drafting and revising the acquisition contract and assisting with the acquisition settlement.
