AllBright Advises on Chongming Natural Gas Pipeline Syndicated Loan
2013-02-209531On January 31, 2013, the 1.2 billion yuan syndicated loan agreement for Chongming Island natural gas pipeline was signed by the Shanghai Gas Pipeline Network Co., Ltd. The Chongming natural gas pipeline network is a key public service infrastructure project which has been included in Shanghai’s 12th Five-Year Plan for Gas Development.
The syndicate consists of eight banks and financial institutions, the ICBC Shanghai branch being the lead arranger and Shenergy Group Finance Company being a co-arranger. The group will provide the project with a 1.2 billion yuan loan to support the construction of a natural gas pipeline network on the island of Shanghai.
