AllBright Advises Shanghai Aegis on its Listing on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations
2013-08-308026On July 2, 2013, Shanghai Aegis Industrial Safety Corporation (“Shanghai Aegis”), which was advised by AllBright, was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations.
Shanghai Aegis is principally engaged in the design, manufacturing, sales and service of gas detection systems and industrial fire detectors and peripheral products in China. Its products include fire detectors, IR sensors and gas detection devices and systems. The listing, which added to its working capital, is significant for Shanghai Aegis as the company is reinforcing and expanding its market scope, and raising its brand awareness and marketing recognition to accelerate its growth.
The AllBright team on the project was led by partners Jennifer Wang and Jane Hu and included associates Ron Peng, Sheldon Jiang and Shi Minmin.
