AllBright Advises Pingan Real Estate on Tongxiang Project
2013-03-1511451On March 13, 2013, AllBright signed an agreement with Pingan Real Estate to become its legal advisor on the Pingan Real Estate Tongxiang project. Senior executives and guests from both parties, including AllBright Senior Partner Guo Zhongqing, General Manager of Pingan Real Estate Tongxiang project Cao Qi, Head of Legal Affairs Unit of Risk Control Department of Pingan Real Estate Tongxiang project Li Li, presided over the signing ceremony.
The total investment of the Tongxiang project amounts to 17 billion yuan. The project includes “Tongxiang Comprehensive Healthcare Community and Serviced Community for Senior People” in the Gaoqiao area of Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province and the “Tongxiang Wuzhen Healthcare Resort Tourism Area” in the Wuzhen area, Tongxiang City. This high-end real estate development project will build senior houses, hospitals, schools, kindergartens, commercial properties, a senior university and resort hotels.
