Allbright assists Ningbo Hansheng in completing A-round financing
2018-10-3111831In October, 2018, Ningbo Hansheng Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Ningbo Hansheng”) successfully completed A-round financing in amount of tens of millions of RMB. The investors of this round of financing include Yunqi Capital, Ruiqi Investment, Lanchi Venture Capital, Jixing Capital, WenSu Investment and other well-known domestic and foreign investment institutions, and angel investment guidance fund of Ningbo municipal government also participated in this round of investment.
Founded by a team of scientists and entrepreneurs studying in the United States, Ningbo Hansheng is engaged in the research, development and production of robot joint reducer based on the MRG transmission technology independently developed for many years. The robot joint reducer produced by MRG transmission technology has the characteristics of small volume, large output torque, long service life, low noise and temperature rise. Through the test of national testing center, its main performance index has reached the world leading level.

The legal services for the project includes investor roadshow, finding and screening investors, investor due diligence, legal agreement modification and negotiation.
