Allbright cooperates with Danish national sovereign fund and provides legal support for its multiple investment projects in China
2018-10-3113267Recently, Allbright has carried out comprehensive cooperation with the Danish national sovereign fund, The Investment Fund for Developing Countries (“IFU”), to provide full legal support for its multiple joint ventures, cooperation and sole investment projects in China.
IFU, founded in 1967 and funded by the government of Denmark, aims to help the industrial development in developing countries and seek corresponding investment returns by operating in a market-oriented way. Since the 1980s, investment and cooperation activities have been carried out in China. As of 2018, IFU has participated in more than 100 investment projects in China.
Allbright has provided full range of legal services for many projects invested by IFU in China, including company establishment, legal agreement drafting and negotiation, joint venture partner deployment, government consultation and negotiation, dispute resolution, etc. The investment fields involved include agricultural technology, clean energy, environmental protection, waste utilization and recycling, etc. The provinces where the project is located include Shanghai, Beijing, Henan, Fujian Guangdong, Heilongjiang, etc.
