AllBright Represents Bund Development Group in Jazz Deal
2014-10-2110585On September 10, AllBright lawyer represented Shanghai Bund Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. to sign a cooperation agreement with Jazz at Lincoln Center to establish the Jazz at Lincoln Center Shanghai as a permanent location for future jazz performances.
Jazz at Lincoln Center Shanghai will be the New York-based non-profit jazz organization’s first branch in China. It marks a strategic milestone for Shanghai in developing itself into a global culture hub.
AllBright partner Ark Bao, partner Celvin Lee, associate Kelvin Yao and paralegal Tang Jiyuan advised the Bund Development Group in the project, including translating, reviewing and revising of the agreements, negotiating with Jazz at Lincoln Center, finding legal grounds for the core issues of the cooperation, drafting memos and finalizing the agreement.
