On August 8, 2013, Shanghai SinoMCU Microelectronics Co Ltd, advised by AllBright, got listed on National Equities Exchange and Quotations and successfully conducted a private placement to sell 2,044,872 ordinary shares to raise 9.24 million yuan (US$1.5 million). SinoMCU is one of the two companies that completed listing and private placement at the same time in the market.

SinoMCU designs, develops, tests and sells 8-bit microcontrollers. The listing and private placement can replenish its capital, diversify its product reach, increase its core competitiveness, and establish its reputation in the market in the long haul.

AllBright partner Yang Haifeng led a team composed of lawyers, including Associate Cheng Jiabin, to advise SinoMCU on the deal.
