AllBright Advises on ShenZhen Zero-Seven’s Overseas M&A Transaction
2013-07-1612651AllBright is proud to announce that ShenZhen Zero-Seven Co., Ltd. (ticker symbol: 000007.SZ), advised by AllBright, has recently successfully completed its acquisition of Madagascar Sino-Africa Resources Holdings. The transaction involved four jurisdictions including PRC, Hong Kong, British Virgin Islands and Madagascar.
Shenzhen-listed Zero-Seven’s main businesses include hotel management, property management and real estate leasing. The conclusion of the deal marks Zero-Seven’s first foray into the mining sector to diversify its holdings.
AllBright Partners Daniel Xu and Alex Huang led a team composed of Associates Candice Du and Peter Zhu to advise Zero-Seven on the transaction during January 2013 to May 2013.
