(the “Company”), represented by ABL Lawyers, commenced trading on the Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) in the United States under the ticker symbol “SMXT”. The Company issued 4.5 million common stocks, raising US$18 million in aggregate gross proceeds. The Company is an integrated solar and renewable energy company, which primarily engaged in solar energy generation and related business activities.
